To calculate your Hot Stamping Machine Air Consumption Select your Machine Make from the list below.
You will need to know the Machine Model Number, Machine Stroke length you are using and the Cycles per minute you are running.
If your Machine Make is not listed below you can use the Other Hot Stamping link.  You will need to know the Air Cylinder Diameter and Air Cylinder Rod Diameter.

Air Consumption is a function of the following:
1. Air Cylinder Diameter The Larger the Cylinder the more air it will consume.
2. Air Cylinder Rod Diameter The Larger the Cylinder the less air it will consume.
3. Air Cylinder Stoke The Longer the Cylinder Stroke the more air it will consume.
4. Air Cylinder Stokes per Minute The More the Cylinder Stroke per Min more air it will consume.
