Add an AFM Engineering, Inc. Light Curtain System to
your hot stamping machine or your ultrasonic welding machine!
The AFM
Engineering, Inc. Light Curtain System allows the machine
operator to
cycle the machine using a foot switch, keeping both hands
free for
loading and unloading parts. This eliminates the motion of
pushing and
holding palm buttons while the machine cycles, saving
both motion and
time.
AFM Engineering, Inc. has made installation easy. The
system comes
standard with mounting holes for most popular hot stamping
machines
and ultrasonic welding machines. All you need to do is bolt
down the system.
Electrically it will be wired to replace your palm
buttons so all you need
to do is unplug your current palm buttons and
plug in the light curtain.
It couldn’t be any easier!

| Operation: |
| • Operator loads new part |
| • Operator removes hands form guard area |

| • While machine is cycling, operator picks up a new part |
• After machine has completed cycle, operator removes finished
part with one hand and loads new part with other hand |
