Head up Delay Option
The head-up delay option is used when hot stamping parts that require the foil to cool before it is removed from the part being stamped.
Sequence of operations:
1.The Machine Print cycle started.
2.The print head comes down and contacts the part.
3.The Print Head stays down on the part for the time set on the print timer.
4.The Print Head starts going up for the Head Up Delay time.
5.The Print Head stops for the Stop time, allowing the foil to cool.
6.The Print Head continues up to its up position.
7.The Foil Pull Cycle starts.
